Home remodeling in Middletown, NJ
Middletown is the largest township in Monmouth County and the most varied, which makes it hard to generalise about: 1950s and 1960s capes and ranches across much of it, Navesink riverfront estates at the north end, and newer subdivisions in between. The mid-century sections are where the full-gut work concentrates, because houses of that age in this county reliably turn up outdated wiring, thin insulation and structural shortcuts once the walls come down.
Working throughout Navesink, Locust, Lincroft, River Plaza, Belford, Port Monmouth.
The township's bayshore sections sit lower than the Navesink side, and flood considerations vary sharply from one part of Middletown to another.
